Andhra Pradesh state disaster The management authority (Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority-APSDMA) has warned of heat waves in 32 mandals on Tuesday. People have been advised to be alert especially in Anakapalli, Alluri, Manyam, East Godavari, Eluru and Kakinada districts as the temperature is likely to rise above 40 degrees Celsius. 

Extremely hot winds will blow in seven mandals of Alluri Sitaramaraju district and the minimum temperature will be 44 degrees. The Meteorological Department has predicted that it will touch Celsius. Five mandals of Anakapalli district, two mandals of East Godavari, six mandals of Kakinada and six mandals of Parvathipuram district have also been warned of hailstorm. It indicates that there may be more flare-ups in the coming sunny days. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), the temperature is likely to increase by 3-5 degrees Celsius in the coming week. Temperature will increase in some parts of central India. Despite light rain in Northeast India, people can feel the heat of May as early as April.
