Andhra Pradesh: Good news for the beneficiaries of the scheme of employment guarantee workers, houses for all the poor.. APCM key instructions to the officials.

Andhra Pradesh: In Andhra Pradesh, the state government has given good news to the beneficiaries of the YSR Home Construction Scheme under employment guarantee workers and houses for all the poor. The AP government has given a sweet talk to those who are in despair that there will be a delay in the construction of houses even though they have got house plots. Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has set a target for the officials to complete the construction of 5 lakh houses in the state by December 21 this year. CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy held a video conference with the District Collectors on Thursday, September 29 on the response program. He reviewed the implementation and progress of various development and welfare programs along with our government’s program of Gadapa Gadapa. On this occasion, the CM made interesting remarks that the collectors will have marks based on the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy stated in this review meeting that SDG targets are the standard for the performance of collectors.

Chief Minister YS. Jaganmohan Reddy reviewed the YSR Housing Scheme and issued key instructions to the authorities on the construction of houses for poor people in the state. They want to take steps to complete the construction of 5 lakh houses by December 21 this year. The government has already started the construction of houses in many places as per the selection of beneficiaries across the state. In this regard, the amount of money to be paid by the beneficiaries has been paid in the form of DD in the name of AP Housing Corporation. With this, the government has started the first phase of housing construction in many places in AP. Village and Ward Secretariat staff have been entrusted with field level monitoring responsibilities regarding housing construction. Speaking in this review meeting on housing construction in this context, the CM set targets for the officials. The construction of 3.5 lakh and 1.5 lakh Tidco houses in Jaganna Colony has been ordered to be completed by December 21. Also, the CM ordered the officials to grant houses in the month of December under phase-3 to the newly eligible beneficiaries of the housing scheme.

The CM suggested that after our government conducts the Gadapagadapa program within the village and ward secretariats, the problems raised in the program should be resolved. He ordered to start the priority works within a month. CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy suggested that e-cropping lists should be displayed in the secretariats on October 25. The Chief Minister explained the schedule to the officials. On the other hand, the Chief Minister also made important suggestions on the wages given to the laborers under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. Under the Employment Guarantee Scheme the minimum wage is Rs. CM ordered to ensure that 240 is received. They want to take steps to ensure that everyone gets proper wages without any loss of wages.

CM Jaganmohan Reddy directed the officials to forward the requests received from the people to the concerned department or the officials and take steps to solve the problems quickly. Along with the response program, the Chief Minister made several key suggestions to the officials who reviewed land acquisition for the construction of national highways and YSR Urban-Village Clinics.
