Hearing on petition to remove Meena Masjid from Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi on 14th, could not decide

Mathura: The decision could not be taken on the petition regarding the removal of Meena Masjid near Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The decision could not be arrived at on Saturday in the case filed by the National Treasurer of All India Hindu Mahasabha regarding the demand for the removal of the Meena Masjid built near the birthplace of Shri Krishna. The matter will now be heard again in the court. There will be a re-argument on the matter in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division. The court has given the date of April 14 for hearing.

In the year 2022, a petition was filed in the court of the Civil Judge Senior Division on behalf of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha Sangathan demanding the removal of the Meena Masjid built near Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi as illegal. After the completion of the arguments by the Hindu and Muslim parties in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, the decision could not be taken due to the busyness of the court.

The court had given the date of April 1 to give its verdict on this, but now it has decided to hear the case again. Dinesh Sharma, national treasurer of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, said that the file in the case was taken up for orders on Saturday, but due to non-hearing on the last three dates, the court has posted the matter for hearing again.

Shri Krishna temple controversy has already heated up before the UP elections 2022. After Kashi and Ayodhya, preparations have been made to get development works done in Mathura. A proposal for the construction of a corridor in the city of Shri Krishna has also been prepared. At the same time, efforts are being made to take up the disputes going on for years towards various organizations in the court and get an order on them.
