Shock for Renuka in TSPSC paper leakage case – Nampally court rejects her request

Court rejected bail petition of Renuka: Hyderabad‌: Telangana Public Service Commission (TS‌PSC) Paper‌ Renu, one of the key accused in the leakage case, got a shock. Nampally Court ignored Renuka’s request. Bail filed by Renuka‌ The Nampally Court dismissed the petition. Renuka requested the court to grant her bail on the grounds that she was ill and also wanted to take care of the welfare of the children. Renuka said that she was not directly involved in the TSPSC paper leakage case and only accused of committing a crime against her, understanding her situation and asking her to grant bail. But the Nampally court rejected the bail petition filed by A3 accused Renuka.

The SIT lawyer appealed to the Nampally court that Renuka is an accused in a case involving the lives of lakhs of students and if she is granted bail it will affect the investigation and the evidence will be tampered with. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court refused to grant bail to Renuka. On the other hand, in this case, the SIT sought the custody of Prashanth, Rajender and Tirupathiyya. Officials petition‌ Filed. Arguments ended when a petition was filed to give him custody for a week. The court will pronounce its verdict on April 3.

The SIT investigation in the TSPSC question paper leakage case is going on. In relation to this case, TSPSC Secretary, IAS officer Anita Ramachandran was issued a notice to attend the inquiry today.. She attended the inquiry. SIT officials recorded Anita Ramachandran’s statement. Officials questioned her on issues related to Praveen. Many questions were asked about the administration and confidential department of TSPSC. Praveen, who is the main accused in the paper leak case, is working as a personal assistant to TSPSC secretary Anita Ramachandran. It is reported that the SIT officials have mainly questioned Anita Ramachandran about Praveen.  It seems that the SIT has also asked for details related to the preparation of question papers, security and job placement tests in TSPSC. It is known that notices have been issued to TSPSC Secretary Anita Ramachandran along with member Lingareddy.

Faster investigation  
The main accused Praveen got 103 marks in the Group-1 examination. But he made himself disqualified by double bubbling in the personal details section as to where he would be found. The officials who summoned those who scored more than 100 marks in the Group-1 examination have already recorded their statements. SIT officials say that some more people will be called and questioned in two or three days.  Praveen gave the leaked Group-1 question paper to many people and 15 of them were identified and arrested. Officials are working to find out how many other people have received the leaked question papers. SIT officials are raising questions as to who received the cash through them.
