A deaf and dumb help center will now be opened in Mauritius as well, to operate which the Indore police along with the operator of the Indore help center will train the Mauritius police.

Actually, the country’s first deaf and dumb help center was started in the year 2002 in the Tukoganj police station premises of Indore. In this, on the basis of the complaint of the deaf and dumb people, Indore police is solving it with the help of translator. On the same lines, now a deaf and mute help center is going to be opened in Mauritius.

What the director of the center told
Gyanendra Purohit, director of Madhya Pradesh Deaf Aid Center, told that Suvan Sharma, a member of the Disabled Advisory Committee of Commonwealth countries who came to the Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan, visited Indore city and surrounding areas. Had also toured the cities of Suvan Sharma, a resident of Mauritius, wrote in a tweet that there is no facility for disabled people in India, seeing which he was contacted and we told him that we already have a helpline station, where people with disabilities That FIR is written.

He was also shown Mahakal and shown the center, seeing which he was very happy and said that no one in Mauritius had ever thought that such a police station could be opened. He said that I am in the Disabled Advisory Committee of Commonwealth countries and go everywhere. Will visit all the 71 countries of the Commonwealth to open deaf and dumb police stations.

Training will be given online
While Gyanendra Purohit told that, at present, a help center will be opened in Mauritius. After that proposal will be made by them for 71 countries. Online training will be given to Mauritius Police by Indore Deaf Help Center and Indore Police. Mauritius Police will be given online training on how to help the deaf and dumb, how the statements of the deaf and dumb are recorded and in which problems the deaf and dumb should cooperate. It is being told that a big conference is also to be held there in the month of November regarding this, which will prove to be better for deaf and dumb disabled people.
