Only not giving. The driver-conductors, who stay away from their homes and families in the dark of night and take passengers safely to their destinations, have been waiting for their night overtime for the past 40 months. The officials are not worried because their salary reaches the account on the first of the month itself.

11 thousand employees of HRTC have not been able to get salary even after 10 days of the month of April. HRTC employees are very upset due to non-payment of salary. On one hand, HRTC is known to connect every area of ​​Himachal Pradesh, but these driver-conductors who are providing door-to-door service to the general public are very upset. The situation is such that the employees are not able to pay the expenses of their house and even the fees of the children in the school.

Night overtime not received since last 40 months

HRTC Driver’s Council President Man Singh said that despite the 10th of April, the employees have not yet received their salaries. Apart from this, the employees are also demanding night overtime. HRTC has not yet paid it for the last 40 months. Man Singh said that on the one hand, only Rs 130 overtime is given to the drivers by the management. Even this little overtime is not being given to the driver employees. He said that the employees are very upset due to this attitude of the corporation management and the government. He said that this month they will wait for the coming three-four days for the salary, but from next month they should get the salary on time.

If salary is not received on time, HRTC wheels will stop
