A source close to Singh said the meeting between the two leaders was postponed as Shah was on his way to Gujarat.
Singh is expected to meet the Union Home Minister to discuss a possible solution to the ongoing farmers’ agitation against the three agriculture laws of the Centre.
“Tomorrow I am going to meet Home Minister Shah and 25-30 people will accompany me,” Singh told the media here on Wednesday.
He had said that he had met the Union Home Minister thrice on farmers’ issues.
