IG Bharti Arora quits job for Krishna’s devotion, VRS for 10 years already

CHANDIGARH / ROHTAK: The Chief Minister of India has voluntarily given the name of Bharti Arora, a female IG and IPS officer of Ambala Range, Haryana. Retirement (VRS) related application has been approved. CM Manohar Lal has signed his VRS related file. Bharti Arora will now be released from duty on the afternoon of December 1. He took VRS 10 years before his retirement.

IPS Bharti Arora had applied for VRS in July 2021 this year, which was not approved by Home Minister Anil Vij and senior police officials. Bharti Arora then reapplied for VRS in November. Home Minister Anil Vij approved it and sent the file to the Chief Minister. After the approval of the Home Ministry and the Police Department, the Chief Minister also approved and signed the file.

Her husband IPS Vikas Arora is currently the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad. Bharti has also been the principal of Arora Rai Sports School, where she has done many good deeds. Bharti Arora has been going to Varindavan since 2004. In a letter sent to the Punjab DGP for VRS on July 24, Bharti Arora wrote that police service was a matter of pride and passion for him. Now she wants to live her life religiously.
