After finishing work, two miscreants started looting from an electrician returning home. On resisting, the miscreants tore their stomach. Due to this, the intestines of the victim Manoj Kumar (42) came out and he fell on the ground and started suffering. The relatives took him to the hospital in injured condition, where he died. Patel Nagar police station of Central district has registered a case under sections of murder and robbery. The footage of the surrounding CCTV cameras has been scanned, in which two accused have been found imprisoned. Several teams of police have started arresting the accused.

Manoj Kumar lived with the family in Baba Faridpuri of West Patel Nagar. The family consists of wife Seema, son Dev (14) and daughter Twinkle (3). He worked as an electrician. His elder brother Mukesh told the police that he works in tailoring at a boutique in Baljit Nagar. Manoj used to work as an electrician at Shravan Electricals’ shop, leaving some shop from his shop. The families of both live on different floors of the same house. On Friday evening around 8:30, Shravan came to his boutique by scooter. He said that Manoj is lying in an injured condition on the main road of West Patel Nagar 35-block.

He immediately reached there riding on Shravan’s scooter. Manoj was lying unconscious on the road and his stomach intestines were protruding. Manoj was put in a battery rickshaw with the help of Shravan and taken to Sardar Patel Hospital. When his condition worsened, Manoj was referred to RML Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. Manoj’s phone, purse and gold ring were found missing. Manoj’s wife Seema told that shortly before the incident happened, Manoj had called and told him to come home. Both had to go out somewhere. In the initial investigation, two miscreants have been found imprisoned in CCTV, who had come on foot.
