India-Bangladesh: India-Bangladesh border trade ‘ebb’, the two countries in thought

Where 400 lorries used to go every day, now 200 lorries are going to Benapole border of Bangladesh. Sajidur Rahman, general secretary of the Clearing and Forwarding Agents Association in Benapole, said: "If the car is stuck on the other side, the cost is increasing. On the other hand, Kartik Chakraborty, secretary of Petrapole’s Clearing and Forwarding Agents Association, said: "Recently, they requested the government representatives of the two countries to intervene in this matter."& nbsp; From now on, about 500 cargo lorries will be sent across the border from Petrapole.
