On this occasion, Rahul Gandhi officially ended it by giving an address in Kashmir. At the same time, former MLA and Chairman of the Communication Department, Anil Bhardwaj also symbolically hoisted the tricolor at the State Congress Committee Office Rajiv Bhavan in Delhi (Delhi).
