Ajinkya Rahane Knock against MI: Ajinkya Rahane played a bang in the IPL match played on Saturday night. Rahane said, ‘IPL is a long tournament. Staying positive in this and knowing your game well is what matters more. You need to be mentally prepared here. In CSK, Mahi Bhai and Stephen Fleming give players the freedom to play in their own style. I was just told to focus on your strengths and keep preparing.’
In the last, Rahane said, ‘I like to play in Wankhede. I know this ground very well. Although I have not played any Test match here till now. I want to play Test matches here.’
Rahane is running out of Team India for a long time
Ajinkya Rahane is out of the Test squad of the Indian team for the last 15 months. The last time he played a Test match in January 2022 in South Africa. He was dropped from the team after the flop performance in that series. He was advised to find his form in Ranji Trophy. At present, Rahane is playing domestic cricket only.
