A 20-year search has come to an end for Sean Blocksidje, a tour guide in Australia’s Margaret River. Sean has got a ‘live dinosaur’ who drinks blood. Its teeth are so dangerous that at first sight the person gets panic. Sean has been showing people the Margaret River for so many years and was looking for this mysterious creature. This eel-like creature, called a living dinosaur, has been seen for the first time.
Sean had heard from many local people about this creature which is found near a waterfall there. After this he decided to search for the eel. Sean said that no one had seen this creature in the past decade. Lampreys are a type of fish that do not have jaws and have an eel-like appearance. This creature has evolved over millions of years and is notorious for drinking the blood of other living beings.
After searching for 20 years, Sean found 6 eels
For this reason this mysterious creature is called Vampire Fish. Sean told Mirror that it’s kind of like looking for a Yeti or the Loch Ness monster. After searching for about 20 years, Sean found 6 eels in one go. He said, ‘It was like a dream come true. I had heard many times from the elders about how this blood-drinking creature used to come in large numbers near the local springs.’
Sean told that this creature had not been seen here for the last decade. I used to go every day for 20 years with the hope that today I would see eels. Now this search is over. I got very excited to see him. It was also exciting to know that they are still here. Sean found this creature near Yalgardup waterfall. They looked like long blue tubes.
This mysterious creature has existed since the time of dinosaurs
Sean said, ‘They looked like eels. Their mouths were extremely creepy like those of dinosaurs and were full of sharp teeth. Although they were very beautiful creatures and their eyes were blue and sparkles were coming out of them.’ According to the ABC report, Lampreys is on the verge of extinction due to climate change and increasing salt content. Sean says that this creature is like a living dinosaur and has been present for 200 million years. However, now their existence is under threat due to climate change.
