Now Lucknow is not far away … special buses will run in 1 lakh villages of UP, after the order of CM Yogi, every villager will connect with the capital

Lucknow: CM Yogi Adityanath has taken a big decision in the direction of giving a new gift to the villages. Due to this, CM Yogi has instructed the Transport Corporation to connect one lakh revenue villages with the cities. He said that for this it is not necessary that only 52 seater buses should be run everywhere. Instead of this, 20-30 seater small buses can also be arranged. If the Transport Corporation wants, it can give an opportunity to increase employment by providing good connectivity with railways and airplanes. In the program held at Chief Minister’s residence, Yogi flagged off 76 Rajdhani and 36 new ordinary buses and also instructed the Transport Corporation to prepare its complete action plan with the tourism and revenue department.

The CM also directed to connect all districts, more than 350 tehsils, 825 development blocks and 762 municipal bodies with the capital Lucknow. He also appreciated the work done by the Transport Corporation during Mahakumbh and Corona period. An MoU was also signed between the Transport and Health Departments on the occasion. The purpose of the MoU is to get regular check-ups of all roadways employees including drivers-operators and timely check-up reports. The CM also directed to complete the construction of buses to be built on PPP model soon.

New buses will connect the districts with Lucknow

Transport Corporation MD Sanjay Kumar told that the buses left on Saturday will connect the districts of the state with Lucknow. These buses will reach Lucknow daily from the districts at 9:30 am and leave from here at 5 pm. The fare of these special buses will be 10 percent more than the ordinary buses.
