Audacity: The gangster flared up on interrogation of the relatives, said – if the harassment is not stopped, then the children of the policemen will face the consequences

Gangster Lakhbir Singh Landa has publicly threatened the Punjab Police. Warning the Punjab Police from Canada on his Facebook page, Landa said that to stop torturing my family and relatives, otherwise be prepared to face dire consequences. District Tarn Taran Police has started investigation by taking the social media post seriously.


Recently, Lakhbir Singh had called from abroad and demanded a ransom of one crore rupees from the father of the operator of the local petrol pump. The same day his son was attacked by three unidentified men at a petrol pump. No one was harmed in this, but the victim’s family was in panic. Investigation revealed that Lakhbir Singh had fired bullets to create pressure. The police registered a case against the gangster and called Landa’s family members to the police station for questioning.

Regarding this matter, the gangster has threatened the Punjab Police on his Facebook page. According to Landa, his family has nothing to do with the matter. They are being harassed by calling the police station. If any action has to be taken, it should be done against him. Also warned that your children are also living abroad. Everyone knows where they live. Their children living abroad should be ready to face the consequences if they do not stop troubling the family.

Who is gangster Lakhbir Singh Landa

According to police records, Lakhbir Singh Landa is a gangster of A category. Criminal cases are registered against him in the police stations of many districts in Punjab. It is said that at this time he is running his network sitting in Canada. According to sources, the police has issued a look out notice against the gangster. The police is working in collaboration with the Union Home Ministry for extradition to India.

Investigation started on gangster’s post

SSP Tarn Taran Harvinder Singh Virk said that the matter is under his cognizance. Post investigation has been started. A total of 12 criminal cases are registered against Lakhbir Singh Landa in Tarn Taran. If the allegations are proved in the investigation, then every effort will be made to bring him to India under the legal process.
