Materials for making Gajar Ka Halwa
1 kg Carrot 
250 g sugar
250 g Mawa 
1 ½ cup milk
1 tbsp desi ghee
10-12 raisins 
12-15 chopped cashews and almonds 
5-6 small cardamom

Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

1- To make carrot pudding, you have to take large red colored carrots.
2- Peel these carrots, wash them thoroughly and grate them.
3- Put the mawa in a pan and slow down Fry on the flame. 
4- Now put the grated carrot in a pan with milk and keep it for boiling.
5- Cook the carrot till it melts and then add sugar to it.
6- Now cook the carrot while stirring it for a while. Now cook the carrots till all the juice burns. 
7- Now fry the carrots after adding ghee and then add raisins, cashews, almonds and mix. 
8- Now roasted mawa is also mixed. Give and fry the pudding for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
9- Turn off the gas and add ground cardamom. 
10- Delicious Homemade Carrot Halwa is ready.
