⦁ 1 cup peanuts
⦁ 1/2 tsp black mustard
⦁ 1 pinch asafoetida
⦁ 1/4 tsp cumin
⦁ 1 whole red chilli
⦁ A little curry leaves
⦁ salt and lemon juice to taste
⦁ 1 tsp powdered sugar
⦁ 1 tsp oil 

Peanut Peanut Recipe

1 First of all you have to put the peanuts in the pressure cooker for boiling.
2 For this, put 2 cups of water and salt in the cooker and boil it for 2-3 whistles. 
3 Now After opening the cooker, filter the peanuts with the help of a sieve and remove the water. 
4 Now heat oil in a pan and fry cumin, asafoetida, mustard, whole red chili and curry leaves.
5 After this, add boiled peanuts and fry them for about 2-3 minutes.
6 Now put powdered sugar in peanuts and turn off the gas and take them out in a vessel.
7 Salt and lemon according to taste Eat with juice.
