1 cup spinach puree
½ cup chopped and lightly boiled spinach
1 cup corn kernels
½ Table spoon ghee
½ tsp cumin
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped green chilli
1 tsp grated ginger
salt to taste
2 tsp cream
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chili powder
Spinach Corn Recipe
1 First heat ghee in a pan and now add cumin seeds.
2 Now add garlic, red chili powder and ginger and fry it on medium flame for 1 minute.
3 Spinach in it Key Puree, Spinach, Corn, Salt, ¼ Add a cup of water, fresh cream, garam masala and red chili powder.
4 Now mix it well and cook it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
