RJD supremo Lalu Yadav’s trouble may increase again, now day-to-day hearing in fodder scam case

In the biggest RC 47A/96 case of the multi-billion-rupee fodder scam, the day-to-day hearing is now going on in the special CBI court in Ranchi. Former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and other accused are there in this case. The day-to-day hearing has raised hopes of a quick decision in the matter. This is likely to increase Lalu Prasad’s troubles once again.


In the RC 47A/96 case related to illegal withdrawal of Rs 139.35 crore from Doranda treasury in the court of Special CBI Judge SK Shashi at Ranchi Behavioral Court, on Wednesday, their advocates argued on behalf of two doctors Prabhat Kumar Singh and Rajendra Baitha. During the arguments, the advocates declared their client innocent in this case. The debate on their behalf is now on.

Debate is being done on behalf of the doctor of Animal Husbandry Department
It has been told that the matter is still being debated by the doctor of Animal Husbandry Department. After the arguments on behalf of the doctor are over, arguments will be presented in the court on behalf of the politicians and officials.

It is noteworthy that Lalu Prasad Yadav, former MP Jagdish Sharma, Dr. RK Rana, then President of PAC Dhruv Bhagat, Dr. KM Prasad, Dr. Gauri Shankar in the case related to illegal withdrawal of Rs 139.35 crore from the biggest Doranda treasury of fodder scam. 108 accused including Prasad are facing trial.

Preparations are being made for Lalu Yadav’s kidney transplant, the doctors of Singapore are being contacted

So far 37 accused have died during the hearing
Initially, the CBI had made 170 people accused in this case, out of which the charge sheet was filed against 147 including Lalu. So far, 37 accused including former Bihar Chief Minister Dr Jagannath Mishra have died during the hearing.
