Hearing is going on in the biggest case of illegal withdrawal of Rs 139.35 crore from Doranda treasury, one of the dozen cases of the famous Fodder Scam. Day-to-day hearing on the matter is being held in the special CBI court in Ranchi. In this, from November 29, his advocates will present arguments on behalf of Lalu Prasad Yadav, the former Chief Minister of Bihar.
So far, arguments have been completed on behalf of 66 accused in the case.

Lalu Prasad Yadav’s advocate Anant Vij told that in the biggest RC 47A/96 case of fodder scam, the arguments on behalf of the doctors have been completed. Now arguments will be presented in the court on behalf of the politicians.

Apart from these, 108 people including former MP Jagdish Sharma, Dr. RK Rana, then President of PAC Dhruv Bhagat, Dr. KM Prasad, Dr. Gauri Shankar Prasad have been made accused.
Earlier, the CBI had made 170 people accused in this case. Of these, charges were framed against 147 accused including Lalu. During the hearing here, 37 accused including former Bihar Chief Minister Dr. Jagannath Mishra have died.
