West Bengal Violence: Violence erupted again in West Bengal, arson and stone pelting in BJP MP’s program

West Bengal Hooghly Violence: Violence broke out once again in West Bengal on Sunday (April 2). There has been a lot of arson and stone pelting during BJP’s Shobha Yatra in Hooghly. There has been a ruckus in the program in BJP’s National Vice President Dilip Ghosh’s Rishra. This program took place after Ram Navami in Hooghly.

BJP MP Dilip Ghosh said that women and children were pelted with stones during the Shobha Yatra. Even after the Howrah violence, the state government is not taking any action. Stones are still being pelted and vehicles vandalized.  

First there was violence in Howrah

Earlier on the day of Ram Navami, there was violence in Kazipada area of ​​Howrah city of West Bengal. The incident took place when the procession was passing through Kazipada area. Several shops and auto-rickshaws were vandalized during the violence, while several cars, including some police vehicles, were torched. Chief Minister Banerjee alleged that others like the Bharatiya Janata Party and Bajrang Dal were behind the violence in Howrah. Right-wing organizations were involved with the weapons.

Policemen were again pelted with stones

He appealed to the people to maintain peace in the area. After this, on Friday afternoon, unknown people pelted stones at the policemen in Kazipada area and the police had to use lathis to disperse the people and at least three policemen were injured in the stone pelting. Since Thursday, 45 people have been arrested in connection with the violence.
