National Education Policy 2020: Science and mathematics chapters reduced in NCERT books

The chapters of science and mathematics of class 9 have been reduced. While three chapters have been removed in science, four chapters have been removed in mathematics. Three chapters each have been removed from Physics and Chemistry in class 11th. Apart from this, NCERT has changed the syllabus of English, Hindi and Mathematics of classes one and two. Its new books have also started coming now. NCERT is providing courses online as well as offline, which will facilitate the students in their studies.

NCERT has cut the syllabus from class 1 to 12 to reduce the study burden on students. It will be implemented from the new session i.e. year 2024. NCERT has started sending books to ensure that books are available to students on time. Now NCERT has sent the books of class one and two. Apart from this, books of many subjects of class 9th and 11th have been sent. According to NCERT, books for all subjects from class 1 to 12 will be made available by the second week of February so that students will not have to face problems. Parents will get convenience from this.
