Patna: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will reach Bihar on April 1 to participate in two programs of BJP. Newly appointed State President Samrat Chowdhary gave this information on Thursday. Shah will participate in two programs in Sasaram and Nawada districts on April 2 with an aim to strengthen the party’s structure in Bihar ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Chaudhary said, Amit Shah will come to Patna on 1 April. He will stay for the night and next day go to Sasaram town in Rohtas district. After that program he will also go to Nawada. This visit of his is important before the Lok Sabha elections and it will give new energy to the BJP workers.

Amit Shah’s fifth visit

This is Amit Shah’s fifth visit to Bihar after the formation of the Grand Alliance government in Bihar. We are planning to win all 40 seats, Chowdhary said. The visit of the Home Minister is related to this. He will come from time to time and assess the situation. We are organizing a program to celebrate the birth anniversary of Emperor Ashoka in Sasaram, he said. Amit Shah is coming here to participate in this program. We are expecting a large number of people to attend this event.

CM Nitish targeted

Choudhary also hit out at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for taking credit for building a convention hall named after Emperor Ashoka in Patna. He claimed, the Samrat Ashoka Convention Hall was built because of the BJP. We had planned to build Samrat Ashoka Convention Hall in every district headquarters, but when Nitish Kumar parted ways with us, he changed the name. What he said was absolutely false.
