Owaisi’s anger may cost the Grand Alliance
Owaisi had slammed the grand alliance government of Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav over the recent Nalanda and Sasaram violence in Bihar. He had said that ‘people kept burning in the fire of violence and the state government kept sitting pouring oil in its ears’. Police failed despite intelligence input. While Nitish kept resting in Patna, Tejashwi kept playing tweet-tweet. Even Nitish did not visit his home district Nalanda. What does this mean? Nitish himself has been sitting on the lap of BJP and is calling me an agent of BJP. Obviously, when there is violence, it is not just one community that suffers or is affected. People of both the communities are victim-affected. It is certainly possible that some have been affected more and some less. The people of the Muslim community affected by the violence must be saying the same thing that Owaisi was saying. Well, its real effect will be seen only during the elections.
Owaisi preparing to give candidates for every seat in Bihar
Owaisi’s AIMIM is preparing to field candidates for all the Lok Sabha seats in Bihar. If this happens, consider the division of Muslim votes fixed. Owaisi’s influence was first seen in the 2020 assembly elections in Bihar, when 5 of his candidates won. Again appeared in the by-election of Gopalganj assembly, when he became the reason for the defeat of RJD’s winning candidate. If Owaisi’s candidate had not cut the votes, then the Gopalganj seat would have gone out of BJP’s hands and went to RJD.

Although BJP has also focused its attention on Seemanchal, but there is another reason for this. BJP is confident that Muslim voters are the deciding factor in this area. If Muslims are polarized then BJP can unite Hindu voters as well. This was the reason why Union Home Minister Amit Shah held the first meeting in Seemanchal in Bihar.
