Russia-Ukraine War: ‘We lived among rats…’, return of 31 children kidnapped from Ukraine

Russia-Ukraine War: The Russia-Ukariane War has been going on for more than 13 months and it is still going on. Meanwhile, a Ukrainian rescue organization has repatriated 31 children illegally taken during the war. 

An organization named Save Ukraine Charity has done this work. According to the organization, Kherson in the middle of the war (Kherson) and Kharkiv (Kharkiv) kidnapped children were taken to Russia. The organization has made 31 children return to their homeland, who will now meet their families after several months. Actually, this organization helps in making arrangements for living, from evacuation of people to humanitarian aid in war zones. A video was also shared by the organization in which children are shown returning to Ukraine.

According to media reports, 31 children who returned to their homeland told that no one was helping them in Russia. Some children told that they changed their place of residence 5 times in 5 months. While some children told that they were forced to live among rats. 

More than 19 thousand children were abducted

According to the Kiev Independent, according to the national database, more than 19,000 children were abducted during the war, out of which thousands of children are still untraced. Let me tell you, last month the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin holding him responsible for war crimes and kidnapping of children.
