After the Dholpur Zilla Parishad elections in Rajasthan, Bhagwandevi of Congress was elected in the district chief elections held on Saturday. Similarly, Sita Kushwaha got 18 votes, while Priyanka got 5 votes and 6 members did not turn up to cast their votes.
At the same time, in Rajkheda, Congress’s Lata Kanwar alias Charu Taumar defeated BJP’s Sudha by 17 votes and won for the second consecutive time. Congress’s Lata Kanwar got 21 votes and BJP’s Sudha got 4 votes.
In Bari Panchayat Samiti, Congress candidate Ajay Singh Parmar got 21 votes, while BJP candidate Priyanka Gurjar got 4 votes. After which the Congress also captured the seat for the second consecutive time in Bari.

Newly elected Pradhan Ajay Singh Parmar is the son of Congress MLA Girraj Singh Malinga. Amit Parmar of Congress has been elected unopposed as head of Basedi Panchayat Samiti. On the other hand, independent Draupadi Devi, mother of Sanjay Jatav, who was Congress candidate from Karauli-Dholpur parliamentary constituency in Sarmathura Panchayat Samiti, has become the head unopposed. In Saipau Panchayat Samiti, BJP candidate Tulsiram Kushwaha got 16 votes, while Congress Deepchandra got 7 votes. One vote was canceled and three candidates did not turn up to exercise their votes. Tulsiram Kushwaha has saved the shame of BJP by becoming the head of Saipau Panchayat Samiti.
