There is a lot of enthusiasm among people regarding the festival of Holi. On the day of Holi, most of the people go to their homes and relatives to play and meet Holi. In such a situation, most people use the metro train. Regarding this, Ritu Maheshwari, MD of NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation) has made a change regarding the time period of the metro regarding the passengers traveling in the metro on the day of Holi.
NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation) spokesperson and secretary Nisha Wadhawan told NBT Online that on the day of Holi, the services of Metro train terminal stations and Aqua Line will start from 2 pm for passengers traveling in Metro. Nisha Wadhawan further said that on the day of Holi i.e. March 8, the terminal stations of all metro lines and the services of Aqua Line will remain closed from 6 am to 2 pm. All services for Metro commuters will continue as normal from 2 pm onwards.
Let us tell you that usually the services of Noida Metro train starts from 6 am to 10:45 pm. The first train leaves from 6 am on Monday to Saturday and from 8 am on Sundays. Apart from this, the Noida Metro train starts its journey at 10 pm and reaches the last station at 10:45 pm.
