Covid Cases in Noida: Mask is necessary in hospital, corona investigation will be done in 24 hours

Positivity rate close to 5 percent

On the other hand, on April 5, in the sampling of 557 people, the positivity rate was the highest at 8.43 after 47 corona patients were found. According to statistics, more than 12 lakh people are waiting for booster dose in the city. In April, 26 patients were found in the sampling of 1148 patients on the first day and 2.43 percent was the lowest positivity rate so far.

Enhanced sampling and contact tracing

All health centers and doctors have been alerted. Sampling and contact tracing has been increased. All community and primary health center in-charges have been instructed to screen patients with symptoms of Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) and Influenza Like Illness (ILI) coming to the OPD. As a precautionary measure, RRTs (Rapid Response Teams) have been activated at the block level. The Health Department has prepared four hospitals each of L-1 L-2 category for the treatment of patients. Wards have been prepared to admit patients in Sector-39 District Hospital and Bhangel Hospital.
