UP Election 2022: 6 BSP rebels and 1 BJP MLA join SP

Ahead of the UP assembly elections, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati has suffered a major setback. The rebel 6 MLAs of BSP joined the SP. Apart from these, BJP MLA from Sitapur Rakesh Rathore also joined Akhilesh Yadav’s party. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav himself got the membership of all the 7 MLAs at the party office in Lucknow.

Akhilesh Yadav welcomed the rebel MLAs of BSP and BJP who joined SP. Also taunted, ‘It is a request to the honorable sitting in the government that the festival of Diwali has come, get your house cleaned properly. So that the smoke marks are erased and everything else should be removed so that the coming government does not get anything there.

Chief Minister will have to change the slogan- Akhilesh
On BJP’s Rakesh Rathore joining the party, Akhilesh Yadav said, “Maybe the chief minister may have to change his slogan. My family may be in place of BJP family, they may make my family run away. Many people want to come, with their own goals. The public outcry is so much that the Bharatiya Janata Party will be wiped out in the coming elections.

6 MLAs from BSP joined SP
For a long time there was talk of rebel MLAs of BSP going to SP. BSP MLAs who have joined SP include Aslam Raini (Shravasti, Bhinga), Aslam Ali Choudhary (Hapur, Dholna), Mujtaba Siddiqui (Prayagraj, Pratappur), Hakim Lal Bind (Prayagraj, Handia), Har Govind Bhargava (Sitapur, Sidhauli) and Sushma Patel (Jaunpur, Mungra Badshahpur).

The rebel said – the coming time of SP
Aslam Raini, MLA from Shravasti said, “We six MLAs sniffed a year ago. It’s time for SP. With the arrival of six of us MLAs, there will be a tsunami of SP. These seven MLAs will be at the top of the 403 seats in UP. No one has given so much respect as Akhilesh Yadav did.

Joining SP, Sushma Patel said, ‘We were suspended from BSP without thinking anything. We are committed to make Akhilesh Yadav sit on the top chair of the state. Aslam Ali, MLA from Hapur said, ‘The need of the state is Akhilesh Yadav. He has understood the pain of the young laborer farmer.
