Dry chillies – 15

Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp

Coriander seeds – quarter cup

Garlic cloves – 10

Sesame seeds – quarter cup

Tamarind seeds – 100 grams

Salt – enough 

Curry oil – 250 grams

First wash the curry leaves well and dry them until the water runs out. Now light the stove and fry them in a pan until crispy. If crushed by hand, it should be fried until it becomes dry. If you change it, its taste will be completely lost. Now light the stove and put a pan. Keep the flame on medium and add oil in it. Once it is cooked add black pepper and cumin seeds and let it cook. Add coriander and garlic and fry well. Fry in low flame till black pepper becomes crispy. Finally add sesame seeds and fry. Fry them in low flame till they turn brown in color. 

Now put the fried chillies and spices in a mixer jar and grind them. Add enough salt to taste. After that, add fried curry leaves and tamarind and make a powder. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
