Cabbage: Cabbage is a healthy vegetable. It is boring to eat it always as a vegetable or as a stir-fry. So eat it once with cabbage. It is very tasty. It will be ready in a very short time. Ingredients
Cabbage – quarter kg
Yellow – pinch < /strong>
Chili – half spoon 
Coriander powder – half spoon 
Cumin – half spoon

Garam masala – quarter spoon 
Onion – one 
green chilli – one 
coriander powder – one spoon 
rice flour – two spoons 
Wheat flour – two spoons 
Salt – to taste 
Oil – two spoons

Preparation Ila
Cut the cabbage into pieces and put it in a mixie jar. Grind it a bit coarsely rather than making a paste. Put this cabbage pulp in a bowl. Add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, chopped coriander, rice flour, wheat flour and salt and mix well. Keep it aside for five minutes and some water will come out of the cabbage. Then add some more flour if needed. It does not need to use water. Now take a plastic cover and oil it. Wrap this cabbage mixture into a ball and place it on it and press it with your hands. Put a pan on the stove and add oil. When the oil heats up, take out this uthappa and put it on it and fry it. Fry until golden on both sides. The delicious Cabbage Uthappam is ready. It is very tasty when eaten with tomato ketchup. For those who don’t like tomato ketchup,  Cabbage utappam is delicious even if you eat it alone.
