The body temperature should reach 101 degrees and should be washed with a cloth with cold water. Cold drinks should be provided. No medication should be given. Keep it exposed to the wind. It is better to drink salted buttermilk or glucose water with some salt. If ORS is available then drinking it is very good. While doing these things, arrangements should also be made to take him to another hospital. Because in some people, severe sunburn can be life-threatening.

What precautions should be taken?

Drink cold drinks before going out. Coffee and tea should be avoided. Avoid alcohol completely. Wear light colored clothes. Make sure they are loose.
