Simple Exercises for BP Patients : Many people suffer from the problem of blood pressure. But one of the main problems caused by this is heart attack. High blood pressure levels increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and heart attack. Hence it is very important to control it. It depends on diet, exercise and lifestyle. A study conducted in this context revealed the results of an exercise. If you do this exercise for two minutes a day, it is said that the blood pressure can be controlled.

This study was published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. People with hypertension have found that doing isometric exercises can control blood pressure more than other exercises. They said that especially Wall Sit has given good results. What is a wall sit? Wall Sit. As a child, teachers used to do wall sit to give punishment. Now we have to do the same for health. This asana is very easy to do. But it is not easy for everyone. But.. if this is done for a short time.. more results can be obtained.

Especially if people with high blood pressure sit on the wall.. this study states that the problem will be controlled quickly. Moreover, they help in strengthening the muscles.. with strength.. and endurance. Compared to other types of cardio like running and cycling, wall sit has given effective results in reducing blood pressure. This study says that doing it for about eight minutes three times a week can lead to a healthy reduction in blood pressure. In this asana, keep your back straight against the wall and make sure your knees are at a 90 degree angle. Stay in this position for two minutes and rest for another two minutes. Repeat this four times. Research has shown that doing this can reduce systolic blood pressure by 10 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure by 5 mmHg. That is why it is said to be the most effective exercise for people with high blood pressure.

Generally, isometric exercises are the most effective in lowering blood pressure. Because muscle contractions..holding the position temporarily reduces blood flow to the muscle. It stimulates blood vessels to relax blood flow. The researchers explained that this effectively reduces blood pressure. If this exercise is good for you.. you can increase the exercise time.
