‘Brushing teeth also gives pleasure’, Rishabh Pant revealed his new mindset, told what he does daily?

India’s star wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant is away from the cricket field due to injury. He was badly injured in a car accident. Pant is recovering but there is no hope of his comeback for several months. Pant’s outlook on life has changed a lot since the accident. He is now looking for happiness in small things. Pant has disclosed about his new mindset. He also told what he does on a daily basis.

Pant said in a conversation with IANS, “I am much better now than before. I am making a good recovery. Hopefully, by the grace of God and the support of the medical team, I will be fully fit very soon. It is difficult for me to say whether everything around me has turned positive or negative.”

“However, I have now got a new perspective to look at my life. Today I value and enjoy the little things. These are the everyday things that we take for granted. Today everyone is in a rush to work hard and achieve something special, but we have forgotten to enjoy the little things that make us happy every day.”

Pant said, “Especially after the accident, I enjoy brushing my teeth every day and sitting in the sun. It seems that in trying to achieve our goals, we have taken the regular things in life too lightly. My biggest takeaway and message would be that feeling blessed every day is also a blessing. This is the mindset that I have adopted after the accident. Being able to enjoy every moment of the journey that I am on has been a great learning for me.

Pant is doing three physiotherapy sessions daily so that he can make a comeback soon. He said, “I try to follow my daily routine as per the schedule. I wake up in the morning and then do my first physiotherapy session of the day with my physiotherapist. After this, I take a short rest to refresh myself for the second session. I start my second session soon and train accordingly, as much pain as I can tolerate. Especially this happens when the first session is difficult.

He said, “At the end of the day, I do a third session of physiotherapy in the evening. However, I keep taking fruits and fluids during the sessions. I also try to sit in the sun for some time. This process will continue till I am able to walk properly again. ”””’ Significantly, Pant had shared two pictures on his Twitter account a few weeks ago, in which he was seen walking in the sun with the help of crutches.

Pant also expressed his gratitude to his fans and well-wishers, who supported him in difficult times. Pant said, “I am very happy and grateful that I have so many well-wishers around me who always want the best for me. My message to my fans would be to keep supporting the Indian team and Delhi Capitals. Sending your love Stay tuned and I will be back soon to make everyone happy again.
