Lok Sabha Election: Tamil Nadu CM Stalin told how to defeat BJP in 2024, called on opposition parties

MK Stalin Remark on 2024 Lok Sabha Election: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) chief MK Stalin celebrated his 70th birthday on Wednesday (March 1). Called for opposition unity and told how BJP can be defeated in 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

CM Stalin thanked Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge for creating a common platform on the occasion of his birthday and described it as the best gift. He said, “This is not just a platform for my birthday celebrations, it is also the beginning of a huge political platform in India. I thank Mallikarjun Kharge for giving the best birthday gift by creating a common platform.”

MK Stalin indicated his party’s support for the Congress to ensure the opposition’s victory in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, saying the pleas of some people to form a non-Congress front should be rejected. He said that the post-poll alliance and third front proposals are not worth considering.

‘This should be the single goal of all opposition parties’

He said that the 2024 Lok Sabha elections would not be held on who should form the government, but keeping in mind who ‘no’ Should be Stalin said, “BJP has to be defeated politically and this should be the single goal of all opposition parties.”

Advocating a sense of unity among the opposition parties, the DMK chief said that this would lead to victory in the general elections. He said, “If national politics is decided on the basis of state-based political differences, it will only harm us.”
