Coronavirus Cases In India: Many states including Maharashtra, Delhi, UP, Haryana and Punjab corona virus are increasing continuously. Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya held a review meeting with health ministers of states and union territories on Friday (April 7). Mandaviya said that during the meeting there was talk on increasing the spread of adherence to Covid rules along with Covid testing and genome sequencing. He told that on Monday (April 10) and Tuesday (April 11), there will be a mock drill regarding Kovid in the whole country. In this, all health ministers should visit the hospital.
Corona cases increase in Maharashtra
926 cases of Kovid-19 were reported in Maharashtra on Friday (April 7) while three people died due to infection. Health officials gave this information. Officials said that after the new patients, the total number of infected in the state so far has increased to 81,48,599 while the total death toll has increased to 1,48,457.
According to officials, 276 patients of Kovid-19 were found in Mumbai during 24 hours. This number is 27 percent more than the patients reported a day earlier, the three patients who died of infection were residents of Gondia, Kolhapur and Raigad. According to the state health department data, the recovery rate from the infection is 98.12 percent and the death rate is 1.82 percent.
New cases in Delhi
There was a spurt in corona cases in the national capital Delhi in 24 hours. According to the Health Department, 733 new cases have come, which is the highest in the last seven months. Now the positivity rate has become 19.93 percent. During this, two patients lost their lives. Please tell that on Thursday (April 6), 606 new cases of Kovid-19 came here. In the last few days, around 100 cases are increasing everyday in Delhi.
Himachal Pradesh has so many cases
On Friday, 108 new cases of Kovid were reported in Himachal Pradesh while one died due to infection. The number of people undergoing treatment is 1933. A 19-year-old girl died of the virus in Mandi district, officials said, taking the death toll to 4,198.
Most cases came here in 6 months
After 6 months in Odisha, more than 100 cases of corona came here, on Friday (April 7) 104 Kovid patients were found here. Earlier on October 12, 103 corona cases had come. The state government had conducted 5 thousand 526 tests.
How many cases were reported in Punjab?
Punjab’s health department told that in the last 24 hours, 159 corona cases came on Friday (April 7). Out of this, 51 cases of Kovid virus have come in Mahuli, 18 in Jalandhar, 15 in Ludhiana, 10 in Fatehgarh Sahib, nine in Patiala, eight in Amritsar and eight in Bathinda.
What preparations did Goa make?
Goa government has restarted the Kovid-19 investigation in government hospitals on Friday (April 7) keeping in mind the rising corona cases. State Health Minister Vishwajit Rane tweeted that I have seen the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) team install a “genome sequencing machine” on the campus. Has been instructed to operate and the Health Secretary has also been informed about this. We have started testing patients in government hospitals using antigen tests to keep the situation under control. Uttar Pradesh has more than 200 cases
On Friday (April 7), more than 200 corona cases came in Uttar Pradesh. In the last 24 hours, 232 Kovid cases have come in the state. With this, the number of people undergoing treatment in UP increased to 991. Out of this, 52 cases have been found in state capital Lucknow.
More than 400 cases in Haryana
Corona cases are continuously increasing in Haryana as well. There have been 407 new cases here in the last 24 hours and more than half of these 206 are from Gurugram alone. On the other hand, 72 virus patients have been found in Panchkula and 53 in Faridabad.
So many cases found in Jammu and Kashmir
95 corona cases have come in Jammu and Kashmir in the last 24 hours. During this, a patient lost his life. With this, the number of active cases has reached 309. In view of increasing corona cases in many states, the Government of India has become alert.
What did the experts say?
Regarding the increase in new cases of Corona, scientists say that there is no need to panic, although it is necessary to remain alert. People must make masks while going out and follow the rules of prevention related to corona. Learn in the crowd but take care of social distancing.
He said that the virus is behaving like a corona virus which has symptoms like common cold and cold and they can infect us again. Doctor Visveswaran Balasubramanian of Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad said that there are Covid patients in his hospital but their number is less.
On the other hand, the new variant XBB.1.16 of Kovid-19 has also started spreading. The Indian SARS Cove-2 Genomic Organization (INSACOG) said on Thursday (April 6) that out of the total Kovid cases in the country, the 38.2 percent are cases.
