Iron Disease Symptoms: Iron plays a very important role in keeping the body healthy. If there is a deficiency of iron in the body, many parts of the body can be affected. Iron deficiency leads to anemia and low hemoglobin. Iron deficiency also affects the lungs and heart. It can affect the health of the baby during pregnancy. Iron deficiency can also cause fatigue and weakness. Many times there is a lack of iron in the body due to poor diet, excessive dieting, excessive bleeding during periods and during pregnancy. In such a situation, some symptoms start appearing in the body, ignoring which can put you in trouble. Know the diseases caused by iron deficiency and their symptoms. 

Iron Deficiency Disease 

1- Heart and Lung related problems- People who complain of anemia i.e. lack of iron in the body, they may have problems related to heart and lungs. Iron deficiency causes many complications in the heart and lungs. As the heart beats faster, sometimes there may be a risk of heart failure.

2- Fatigue- Due to lack of iron in the body, you can remain tired. You may feel weak due to iron deficiency. In such a situation, you may be unable to do many of your daily tasks. If you are deficient in iron, you may have trouble concentrating in one place. You feel so tired that you can’t even exercise. 

3- Pregnancy- Pregnant women often have iron deficiency. Anemia in pregnancy can be a serious problem. Iron deficiency can cause problems in the baby during birth. Many times there is a risk of premature birth of the baby due to iron deficiency. It can also lead to low birth weight, iron deficiency or reduced mental capacity in the baby. 

Iron Deficiency Symptoms

1-Iron deficiency results in less production of red blood cells.
2- Initial iron deficiency can cause fatigue, headache, dizziness .
3- Iron deficiency causes shortness of breath and restlessness.
4- Iron deficiency also causes hair loss.
5- Iron deficiency can also lead to irritation and discoloration of the skin.
6- Iron deficiency skin Dryness in my nails and turn white. Problems start to happen.

Food Source Of  Iron) 

Vegetarian Source- For iron deficiency, vegetarians can include things like gourd, pumpkin seeds, capsicum, green leafy vegetables, spinach, potatoes, beans and kidney beans in their diet. You can include nuts like raisins and other dry fruits in the food. 

Non-Vegetarian Source- If you are non-vegetarian then you can eat seafood like fish besides eggs, meat, chicken, mutton. Due to this, sufficient amount of iron can reach the body.
