The first meeting of the newly formed Uttar Pradesh Education Service Commission was held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Special Secretary Government Girijesh Tyagi, in which members and officers of the commission were present. It was decided in the meeting that the officers and employees of the Higher Education Service Commission will sit in the office of the newly formed commission in Ellenganj from Saturday. Earlier the office of Secondary Education Service Selection Board was here. Work for the new commission will start from here. Presently the office of Higher Education Service Commission is on Nyaya Marg, Ashok Nagar.
If sources are to be believed, the notification for the merger of Higher Education Service Commission and Secondary Education Service Selection Board will be issued soon. The meeting with the Special Secretary continued from 1115 am to 330 am, in which the officials raised the issue of salary payment of employees and electricity bill problems before the Special Secretary. On this, the Special Secretary said that these problems are within the knowledge of the government. These problems will be resolved soon.
On the other hand, during the meeting, the Special Secretary asked the officials of the Higher Education Commission that when will they start working in the new commission, then the officials said that it will start from Saturday, however, Principal Secretary Higher Education and acting chairman of the new commission MP Aggarwal. Did not attend today's meeting. Newly appointed members of Education Service Commission Kirti Gautam, KC Verma, Vinod Singh and Vimal Kumar Vishwakarma were present in the meeting while seven other members did not attend the meeting. Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Service Commission Ratnapriya, Deputy Secretary Dr. Shivji Malviya, Deputy Secretary Naval Kishore in-charge of Secondary Education Service Selection Board were present in the meeting.
