Nithin and Nikhil Kamath Salary: Nithin and Nikhil Kamath, founders of the country's largest online stock brokerage firm Zerodha, take crores of rupees as salary every year. Apart from this, Nitin Kamath's wife Seema Patil has also received a salary of crores of rupees in the financial year 2023. According to the report of Entracker.com, this financial year, Zerodha founders Nitin and Nikhil Kamath have taken a salary of Rs 72-72 crore. In the financial year 2022, the board of Zerodha had approved to pay salary of up to Rs 100 crore each to both the founders.
Employees are getting this much salary
Apart from the founders, Zerodha has spent up to Rs 380 crore on the salaries of its employees in the financial year 2023-24. This also includes the director's salary. In the financial year 2023, the company has spent a total of Rs 623 crore on employees. Whereas in the financial year 2022 this expenditure was Rs 459 crore. Out of these Rs 623 crore, Rs 236 crore has been spent on ESOPs given to employees.
Nitin Kamat's wife is getting this much salary
Not only Nitin and Nikhil Kamath but the company is also paying huge amount as salary to Zerodha director and Nitin Kamat's wife Seema Patil in this financial year. According to the report published in Money Control, Seema Patil has received Rs 36 crore.
