Panic of dengue: The risk of dengue increased after corona infection, total number of patients in Agra crossed five hundred, three died

The number of dengue and viral fever patients is increasing continuously in Agra. By Thursday, this figure crossed 518. Earlier on Wednesday, dengue was confirmed in 36 patients admitted to SN Medical College, Agra. This includes 29 patients from Agra. Dengue was found in four patients from Etah, one each from Etawah, Hathras and Firozabad. CMO Dr. Arun Srivastava informed that with the arrival of 29 new dengue patients, the total number of dengue patients in Agra has increased to 518. Of these, 278 patients have been cured, three have died. Principal of SN Medical College, Dr. Prashant Gupta told that at present 25 patients are being treated in dengue ward. 12 patients, including seven children, have been cured. 10 new patients including five children have been admitted.

Three including two children died of fever

The process of death due to fever is not stopping. Six-year-old Aryan son Virendra Singh, Mohalla Bawan Tula resident Kamal Kishore’s five-month-old daughter Srishti died of fever in Jagtupura village of Pinahat. Fever also killed Reenu (25), a woman of Pura Guman Singh of Jaitpur.

Reenu (25) wife Dheeraj Valmiki died of fever on Wednesday morning in Pura Guman Singh village of Jaitpur. According to family members, Reenu had fever four days ago. He was being treated by a private doctor. On Tuesday, his family members took him to the CHC after his condition deteriorated, from where he was referred to SN Medical College.
