Watch: Mohammad Amir wreaked havoc in PSL, took two big wickets in the very first over

Peshawar Zalmi vs Karachi Kings, PSL 2023: The 17th match of the tournament is being played between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League. Karachi Kings decided to bowl first after winning the toss and the team’s star fast bowler Mohammad Amir proved this decision of the team right by taking 2 wickets in the very first over of the innings. Amir brought the first over for Karachi Kings and on the first ball, he lbw Peshawar Zalmi opener Mohammad Haris on a dangerous inswing yorker.

After this, on the fifth ball of the over, he made Peshawar Zalmi’s captain Babar Azam walk. He also made Babar Azam the victim of his inswing yorker. Haris used the review for his wicket, but he could not save his wicket from it. Both the batsmen became the target of Amir’s superb yorkers. Mohammed Haris injured

Along with being dismissed on the first ball of the over, Mohammad Haris also got injured. The yorker ball went straight to Haris’ leg. Due to this, he got out and due to the high speed ball, his leg also got hurt. On his way back to the pavilion, Haris looked somewhat uncomfortable walking and was accompanied by team staff members. 

Not a good tournament for Karachi Kings so far

PSL 2023 has been nothing special for Karachi Kings so far. The team has played a total of 6 matches so far, losing 4 and winning only 2. The team is at number four in the points table with 4 points.
