Overs to be bowled in 90 minutes

During IPL matches, the bowling team will have to bowl all the 20 overs in 90 minutes. If the bowling team is unable to do so, then it will have to face the punishment. Like T20 international match, all the overs will be bowled after the cut time, during this only four players of the fielding team will remain on the boundary. By the way, in normal condition, after the powerplay, 5 players are kept on the boundary. This rule can prove to be a headache for the captain of the fielding team. In such a situation, the captain will expect all his bowlers to complete the overs within the stipulated time.
