The petitioner requested that even if the match is not cancelled, in view of the Corona epidemic, only 50 percent of the spectators should be allowed to enter.
The petitioner had sought a ban on the entry of 100 per cent spectators in the second T20 match between India and New Zealand.
Since this is an international issue and preparations for the cricket match have been completed, a division bench of Chief Justice Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad dismissed the petition without giving any direction.
