After returning from Dubai, Maharashtra cabinet minister Nawab Malik has once again targeted Sameer Wankhede and his family. Malik has presented some more documents by tweeting. Zahida is buried at Oshiwara Cemetery
Nawab Malik claims that Sameer Wankhede’s mother Zahida was buried in Oshiwara cemetery in Mumbai. After Zahida’s death, the Wankhede family had made two documents related to the death. In the first document, Zahida was described as Hindu religion while in the second document Zahida’s religion is written as Muslim. Zahida died on 16 April 2015. In the document made on 16 April 2015, Zahida’s religion was written as Muslim. While in the second document his religion is written as Hindu, this document was made on 17 April 2015. Malik has claimed that even after Zahida’s death in the Wankhede family, he forged and got two different documents made.
Bombay High Court to Sameer Wankhede
Maharashtra cabinet minister Nawab Malik has been continuously opening a front against the Narcotics Control Bureau and his officer Sameer Wankhede for the last one and a half months. A petition was filed in the Bombay High Court to not speak against Nawab Malik, NCB and Sameer Wankhede.
Controversy over the religion of Wankhede
The Bombay High Court had said that prima facie the allegations made by Nawab Malik in the name of Sameer Wankhede. He doesn’t look wrong. In such a situation, it is not right to ban Nawab Malik from speaking. Malik had accused Sameer Wankhede that he actually belonged to Muslim religion, but in order to get a government job, he posed himself as a Dalit community and made fake documents related to it.

Nawab Malik had also accused Sameer Wankhede of falsely implicating people. He had said that Sameer Wankhede extorts people by trapping them. For this, he has also made his own private army. Those who target Bollywood celebrities and children of big houses. So that he can be extorted by implicating him in a false case of drugs.

Probe against Sameer Wankhede
