Pune News : Success to Vijay Shivtare’s demand; Finally Fursungi, Uruli Devachi out of Pune Municipal Corporation

Pune News :   These two villages of Fursungi and Urli Deva have been excluded from the Pune Municipal Corporation. New orders have been issued by the state government in this regard. After the transfer of power, former MLA Vijay Shivtare had demanded about these two villages. The Pune Municipal Corporation had sent a detailed proposal to the state government in this regard. Considering this, the state government issued a new order today and announced that Fursungi and Urli Deva will be the new city councils. What former minister Vijay Shivtare had said a few months ago. A discussion has started in the political circle that it has been proven true.

Success to Shivatare’s demand

11 villages were included in Pune Municipal Corporation in 2017. It included the villages of Fursungi and Uruli Devachi. Both these villages together have a population of about two and a half lakhs. After inclusion in the Municipal Corporation, the development of these two villages had accelerated. However, there was a feeling of displeasure among the citizens as infrastructure facilities were not provided even after inclusion in the municipal corporation. Former state minister Vijay Shivtare had requested the chief minister to make a separate municipality for this village. 

 

Area excluded from Pune Municipal Corporation limits –

1) Fursungi – S.No. 193, 192pai, 194, 195pai (garbage depot) Area of ​​entire revenue village including Gavthana.

2) Uruli God’s – S.No. 30, 31 & 32pai, the area of ​​the entire revenue village including village thana, excluding the area of ​​(garbage depot).

 

Revised limits of Pune Municipal Corporation

Answer – Extent of revenue villages of Kalas, Dhanori and Lohgaon.

North East – Extent of revenue villages of Lohgaon, Wagholi.

East – Extent of revenue villages of Manjari Bu., Shewalewadi, Hadapsar and Extent of Garbage depot in Fursungi revenue village.

South East – Extent of the revenue villages of Mahamadwadi, Holkarwadi, Outade Handewadi and the extent of waste depot in the revenue village of Uruli Deva.

South – Extent of revenue villages of Dhairi, Wadachiwadi, Yevlewadi, Kolewadi, Bhilarewadi.

South-West – Boundary of revenue villages of Nanded, Khadakwasla, Nandoshi Sanasnagar, Kopare in the west.

West – Kondhve Dhadve, Bavdhan Bu. And the boundary of the revenue villages of Khurd, Mhalunge, Sus.

West-North – Extent of the revenue villages of Baner, Balewadi and Pune Old limits of Municipal Corporation.
