Permits for firecrackers up to 15 kg are issued through the collector’s office. But if there is more than that, the permission is given by PESO i.e. The Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization. However, there is a possibility that the place where the explosion took place is more than the norm. Sources have revealed that a team of Explosives experts has also been called by the administration to check this.  However, if this factory was running for so many years, how the administration did not know about it, the question is being raised on this occasion."text-align: justify;"Meanwhile, the administration is continuing to check the license of the place where the blast took place yesterday.
