Sleep Brain Function: A new study has revealed the brain's restart mechanism.. this is possible only during sleep

Brains Reset Mechanism : Sleep is an important part of human life. However, many people do not understand this. The connection between the brain and the sleep process is not recognized. Sleep improves memory. Regulates metabolism. Reduces mental fatigue. 7 hours of sleep a day is necessary for all this to happen. This means that sleep is a time of rest for a person to restart. But at that time, even if the body rests, the brain is busy with other tasks, according to a recent study. A recent study has said that how we delete unnecessary files in the computer… deletes some such memories and resets the rest of the files.

A new study has demonstrated that the brain needs to regularly reset its operating system to reach a state of optimal thinking and processing. Nature Neuroscience has revealed this fact in research conducted on the brains of sleeping mice. The researchers said that the brain is like a biological computer.. While awake, memory and experience change the code bit by bit.. Similar to how a larger system processes memory.. and the brain processes memories slowly. Mind dilates some things which are not necessary. It is said that if you wake up unexpectedly, the brain will disrupt the processing of certain things. They revealed that the main purpose of sleep is to restore the correct computational state.

What the cascades say…

To test their theory on the role of difficulty in sleep, the researchers tested the brains of young mice. The spiking of many neurons was tracked during their normal sleep and wake routines. Cascades followed for the neural track. These subjects examined how information flows through the brain. In mice that woke up from sleep, some of the cascades became late, while others began to change towards smaller sizes. These were found to be signals for mice to sleep or wake up. The results suggest that the magnitude of the cascade affects sleep.

Therefore, the results suggest that clutter

sleep pushes brain circuits away from critical just before the moment of awakening. This study suggests that sleep helps the brain reset. Challenging the notion that sleep merely replaces chemicals, he tracked brain activity in sleeping mice and proposed that sleep's primary function is to reset the brain's computational state. Hence, this study makes the saying that if there is no proper sleep, the brain is all messy. It also mentions that what we do can disturb our sleep.

When the glymphatic system is not active, it does not have time to perform the task. So toxins are formed. The effects are evident in cognitive abilities, behavior and performance. Neurons in the brain work depending on sleep restriction, lack of sleep, excessive sleep. Neurons must decide whether to fire toxins based on switch-on and switch-off inputs. If only a few billion neurons can reach a peak moment, the chaos will occur, the researchers said. It was concluded that criticality increases the set of desirable properties of the brain. Wessel revealed that physics and biology work together to understand sleep in a critical framework.
