Ravva Utappam Recipe : We have a daily plan for breakfast in the morning. Again don’t plan anything at all. The mind wants to eat some on a day when it is not planned like that. As many fans as Dosha are in Telugu states, Oothappa is also loved by almost as many fans. If you are also a fan of Oothappam, all you need to do is spare 15 minutes in your day. Hot uthappa can be prepared and eaten at home.

As more vegetables are used in the preparation of this Uthappam.. along with the taste, health benefits can also be obtained. How to make this recipe.. What are the required ingredients? Ingredients

Rava – 1 cup

Yogurt – 2 tbsp

Ginger -Garlic paste – 1 tbsp. cup (shredded)

Capsicum – 1/4 cup (thinly sliced)

Tomato – 1/4 cup (cut into small pieces)

Onion – 1/4 cup (chopped into small pieces) should be cut into pieces)

Preparation Method

First take a bowl and add gava in it. Add curd to it and mix well. Put this mixture in a mixer jar and make a paste. Pour some water in it and mix it. Make sure that it is a little hard and not like dosha batter. Take it in a bowl and keep it aside. After ten minutes add salt, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, carrot, capsicum, tomato and onion to it and mix well. 

Now take a small fry pan and pour oil in it to fry the curry paste. As soon as it boils, stop the stove.. keep it until it cools down.. add it to the Uthappam mixture prepared earlier and mix well. Keep it aside for a couple of minutes.. Now take a dosa pan or a non-stick tawa. Light the stove and put a pan on medium flame. Apply a little oil and add the flour. Now keep the flame in the sim.. cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Once the uthappam turns brown, flip it and cook it on the other side. It’s okay if both sides are fast. It can be served with coconut chutney. Or you can drag it with any chutney of your choice.
