These are good for health as well as taste. The taste is also amazing. How to make it? Now let's know what are the ingredients required for it.

Ingredients

Pesara dal – 2 cups

Ginger – 1 inch (thin chopped)

Onions – 2 (finely chopped)

Green chillies – 3 (finely chopped)

Cumin – 1 tsp

Curry – Guppedu (finely chopped)

Coriander – 1 bunch (finely chopped)

Salt – enough to taste

Oil – enough for deep frying

Preparation Method

If you want to make this soup, plan an hour in advance. Wash fenugreek seeds well and soak them in water for an hour. Then finely chop onions, green chillies and ginger. Chop the curry leaves and coriander very thinly and prepare them for the pan. Wash the soaked fenugreek seeds well again and grind them in a mixer without water. Add salt to it and grind it. Grind the flour so that it is not too soft.

Now take a bowl and put this mixture of pesaram in it. Add onion pieces, green chilli pieces, ginger paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and mix the flour well. The batter should not be too thin. Don't be too strict about that. Mix the flour well by hand so that all the ingredients are mixed in it.

Light the stove and place the kadai on it. Put enough oil in it for deep frying and keep it on medium flame. After the oil is cooked well, make small patties with the prepared pesarpandi mixture. Remove the custards from the pan when they are 70 percent cooked. Do the same with the rest of the dough. Once all the batter is done, fry it all together again. By doing this, the puss will be spread evenly. Why is it so late that you pull it hot.

These pesar punus don't need any chutney. You can serve it with ginger chutney if you like. Or it can be given as a combination with hot tea. Moreover, this food is also good for health, so everyone from children to adults can enjoy it. You can make this recipe with Pesa too. But you have to soak them for about four hours beforehand. But you can follow this same recipe for crispy puss.
