If we have small children in the house, when we feed them rice, the rice we have eaten will also wear out. They do not like to eat anything. They are beaten by turning behind them. Parents are worried about where the health will be damaged due to not eating properly. Their growth is stunted due to lack of proper nutrition. After reaching school age, they suffer from forgetfulness, lack of memory of what they have read and lethargy. To prevent that from happening, they should be given good food from school age. Only then will they be able to combat the cognitive decline that comes with old age.

A new study looked at two types of diets for children’s health. It is based on the American Dietary Guidelines. The heart-healthy Mediterranean DASH, Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay (MIND) diet. Illinois experts have revealed that feeding children according to this diet helps their brain function better. The MIND diet has been shown to have the potential to improve children’s cognitive development. It is very useful for school students.

Like DASH, Mediterranean diet, MIND diet includes fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, and legumes like peas. It also includes specific foods like green leafy vegetables and berries that promote brain health. Mind diet shows positive effects in adults.
